Open An Account for Purchase Orders Invoicing
Thank you for requesting to open a purchase order account with Gallaway Safety & Supply. We are providing this service to allow our customers to be billed for purchases made online, via phone, and via fax in addition to using the purchase by credit card option.
To get started, please download our New Customer Application, along with a W-9 and a PA Tax Exempt Form, if applicable. Once these forms are completed, fax them to 724-239-4999.
If you have a pending purchase order, please fax it with your application.
Once we receive your application, we will begin processing immediately. Upon approval, we will contact you with your account information.
Our standard payment terms are 1% 10, Net 30 days, which we consider an incentive and excellent opportunity for our customers to increase their profit margin.
