Q: How does my Package get to me?
A: All packages are sent via UPS ground unless other wise noted by the buyer.
Q: How can I get my products delievered other than UPS ground?
A: When checking out just select a different method from the shipping options, if there is not another method please contact us, and we will try to accomodate your needs.
Q: What are the specifications for returning Goods?
A: Goods ordered in error, must be returned within 30 days of receipt, at customer’s expense and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All goods must be new and in unopened original packaging. Goods shipped in error may be returned within 10 days for full credit. All returns must be accompanied by a returns good authorization provided when calling 724-239-3999. Special orders and non-stock items are subject to Mfg return policy, etc. Please note that sales are Final on all swine flu protection items. In addition Gallaway Safety reserves the right to substitute respirators for similar items of greater than or equal value and protection rating.
Q: I received only part of my order, what happened?
A: Some of our non-stock items ship directly from manufacturers or different warehouse locations. Please note that because of this, an order of multiple items may ship from different warehouses, causing parts of your order to ship earlier/later than others. Shipping dates may vary by manufacturer and item.
Q: How do I order and receive products that weight in excess on 150lbs?
A: To order products that weight in excess of 150lbs Please call us or email us your concerns and we will quote you a shipping estimate to receive your order via freight delivery. Please note that freight charges are volatile, in that they are subject to change on an hourly basis.
