distribution companies in Southwestern PA. We’re continually looking for
qualified individuals to fill positions in a variety of areas, including Customer
Service, Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Warehouse. We have immediate
openings for the following full time positions:
INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE:
• Enter sales orders and/or update customer information submitted by
phone
• Perform all customer service related tasks: quotations, order entry,
shipping instructions
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, samples, catalog
requests, and non-stock items
• Field calls to other areas of Customer Service, Sales, Credit, and
Accounting to ensure quick and accurate service for customers
Must have excellent customer service skills with good voice tone. Ability to
handle multiple tasks. Strong organizational and accuracy skills. Excellent
interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computers.
WEB CONTENT WRITER / TECHNICAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST
• Enter line items into Excel spreadsheet format
• Be able to consistently write product and social media style content
• Must have experience working with MS XP and Office Products
• Excellent internet research skills a plus
• Must be able to work independently and/ or as part of a team
